At IWT-Moldrup, we offer complete, turn-key creosote impregnation plants and creosote replacement plants with annual capacities ranging from 5,000 m³/year (approximately 2.12 million bdf/year) to 350,000 m³/year (approximately 148.32 million bdf/year). Our expertise includes various processes such as Rüping, Lowry, Boulton, and Bethell methods.

We specialize in designing and constructing new wood treating plants for oil-based substitution products, including both hot and cold processes. These plants are designed to operate without creosote and meet the evolving demands of the industry.
Fully Automated Material Handling
Our creosote impregnation plants are equipped with state-of-the-art, fully automated material handling systems. These systems can handle materials up to 48 meters (approximately 157.5 ft) in length and 3,000 mm (approximately 9 ft 10 in) in diameter, ensuring efficiency and precision in the treatment process.
Tilting Creosoting Plant Innovations
