These plants can be supplied in 1 or 2 units and offer quick installation in a matter of hours or days. Typical diameters are Ø 1,200 mm, Ø 1,800 mm, and Ø 2,000 mm, with lengths typically ranging from 6.0 to 18.0 meters.
You can also choose to have one or more storage tanks, which can be positioned underneath, next to, or on top of the autoclave for reduced footprint.
For high-capacity needs, we offer our type T20 vacuum/pressure impregnation plants with annual capacities ranging from 50,000 m³/year (approximately 21.19 million bdf/year) to 200,000 m³/year (approximately 84.76 million bdf/year).
These plants come with optional fully automatic handling systems, one or more working tanks for various preservatives/colors, and material handling with holding bays for freshly treated and untreated wood.
Despite their high capacity, these plants feature a compact design with a limited footprint.
